About Us & Our Approach

We conceived Terraceroº in Oaxaca, an ancient land in the south of Mexico, that according to the local indigenous myth was the origin of the universe, the coordinate 0,0 of everything. We pay homage to that story and to the mezcal industry, crafting the first responsible and ethic Non Alcoholic Agave Spirit.

We humbly respect to the nature and its cycles, following that philosophy we give to the agaves used to distill mezcal a last opportunity to express themselves distilling a soft and delicate spirit without alcohol, before return to the mother land to start a cycle again, fertilizing the soil to grow more agaves in a cycle that never ends.
